Device Compatibility

Check whether your phone or tablet can use an eSIM.

If your device has the option to add an eSIM in its settings, it supports eSIMs – where this option lives depends on your device.

For Apple devices, check Cellular or Mobile for the “Add eSIM” option.
For Samsung devices, check the SIM Manager for the “Add eSIM” option.
For Pixel devices, check SIMs for the “Download a new eSIM” option.

As a security measure, eSIMs may not install or work on devices that are jailbroken or rooted. If your device is rooted or jailbroken, you’ll need to use another device – you can still buy a SkyMovo eSIM for a device that isn’t.
